The service at this hotel was excellent. Better than Pullman, Meridienne or plaza Athene. The staff made the trip so enjoyable for me and my wife. The beds need to be upgraded a bit. Other than that it's a 5 for me. Thank you,

Very satisfied with Hotel. Top marks for staff and location. All front desk personnel were very patient and helpful (especially Carlos). Many local restauarants nearby, especially Les Vins Sorbe, are worth visiting. Rooms are small by US standard but clean and well kept. Would stay there again - Internet service was a bit clumsy to get on; but reliable once signed on (i was there on business). enjoy!

This was my second stay at Hotel Le Relais Saint Jacques. There were good feeling with receptionists who gave a big help always. Unfortunately, there is no freezer in the room. But you can ask staff for ice cubes to keep fresh foie-gras cool. It is easy to access to Gare du Nord, Gallary La Fayette by Metro and Bon Marche, Saint-Germain des Pres on foot. I do wish to come back in the next visit to Paris.

We have visited the Hotel Le Relais St Jacques for a number of years and without exception we have found the high standard we have come to expect maintained. Everything from the pleasant and helpful staff to the quality of the rooms does not change from year to year and hence it is always a pleasure to return. The location is also worth mentioning since it is very quiet but convenient for all the parts of Paris we enjoy. We will be back!
